    • Working with families and individuals in the creation of estate and business succession plans

    • Preparing wills, health care proxies, and powers of attorney

    • Creating property trusts, revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts

    • Assisting Executors and Administrators with probate matters and representing estates in Surrogate’s Court

    • Drafting life estate deeds for family estate planning

  • Business Formation and Compliance

    • Assisting in the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships

    • Negotiating and preparing operating and shareholder agreements

    • Preparing corporate governance documents and annual minutes

    • Representing buyers and sellers in business asset and stock purchase transactions

    • Reviewing and negotiating business and vendor contracts
