Assisting Executors and Administrators with probate matters and representing estates in Surrogate’s Court
Drafting life estate deeds for family estate planning

Assisting in the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships
Negotiating and preparing operating and shareholder agreements
Preparing corporate governance documents and annual minutes
Representing buyers and sellers in business asset and stock purchase transactions
Reviewing and negotiating business and vendor contracts
